As we all know that this time, NUALS, Kochi will conduct Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for post graduate law programmes for admissions to LLM programme(PG) for 19 National Law Universities (NLUs). CLAT PG is the most desired law entrance exam for post graduate law programme admissions in NLUs.
In CLAT LLM 2018, the syllabus of other law subjects consist of Jurisprudence, Constitution, Contracts, Criminal Law, Torts, International Law, IPR etc.
Tackling Constitution in Cracking CLAT LLM is not that tough. But, if we are able to channelize our priority & focus, we can be able to score more marks in that section. It has to be kept in our mind that we can score 40-45 in Constitution with little effort.
For the students of final year, we have dissected the 50 marks Questions of CLAT LLM 2017 in several parts and looked into the details of numbers of Questions. By that we can prioritize that portion of the Constitution and strategize according to that.
Under the following table, we have compartmentalized the whole Constitution into several parts (first column). In the second column, we have kept the number of questions that has come in CLAT LLM 2017.
In the abovementioned table, we can observe that Fundamental Rights, Union and State Legislature and Amendment of the Constitution & Recent Judgments carry 36 of total 50 marks. Hence, We can focus on those parts more to score more marks.
