As we all know that this time, NUALS, Kochi will conduct Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for post graduate law programmes for admissions to LLM programme(PG) for 19 National Law Universities (NLUs). CLAT PG is the most desired law entrance exam for admissions in post graduate law programme in NLUs.- Constitution
In CLAT LLM 2018, the syllabus of other law subjects consist of Jurisprudence, Constitution, Contracts, Criminal Law, Torts, International Law, IPR etc.
Tackling Constitution in Cracking CLAT LLM is not that tough. But, if we are able to channelize our priority & focus, we can be able to score more marks in that section. It has to be kept in our mind that we can score 40-45 in Constitution with little effort.
After analysing last three years question papers, we observed that out of 50 marks there are some common portions which carry most of the marks. Here is the list:
