Hidayatullah National Law University(HNLU) is located in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh which is approx. 25kms from Raipur railway station, and 17kms from airport. Public bus services are frequent and University too provides transport facility.
The University being located at the outskirts hence the campus is peaceful and lush green. The class timing for LLM students is 10am- 2:30pm (30min break). There are 3 specialisation available those are Corporate law, IPR and Environmental law but most of the students usually opt for corporate law.
The LLM academic calendar is trimester based. Teaching staff comprises of Associate Professors who are qualified and experienced. They are very encouraging and cooperative to the students.
The buildingof academic block is replica of Parliament. It has 3 storey library with ample number of books, journals, newspapers & the library timing be 10am-3am. Judiciary, NET, UPSC aspirants are fond of HNLU as the class timing is very favourable. They get sufficient time for self -study.
There is no such scene for LL.M placement but you will get ample time for self study so people willing to go for judiciary can prefer HNLU for doing their LL.M
The mess food is not satisfactory however the utility centre located within the campus got cafes, eateries, basic amenities shop. The campus got separate gym, indoor\outdoor sports facilities for boys and girls.
