National Law Institute University, Bhopal(NLIU) is situated near the Kerwa Dam which is a very beautiful and peaceful place, far from the city chaos. The entire campus is very beautiful and the weather is awesome. Now, talking about the LLM course of this college, it offers 3 specializations which are :
- Constitutional law and administrative law
- Human rights and criminal law
- Corporate and IPR
The course has been divided into 3 trimesters which makes it really tough for the students, as the number of exams and project submission also increase in 1 year time period. Altogether there are 4 subjects, one project and one final exams for each subject in a semester.
Coming to the faculty for the specializations, nliu provides really good faculty for all the subjects but at present constitutional law is taken by Professor V.N Dixit and he is very good at his work. Even criminal law , corporate law, human rights and IPR faculties are very good.
NLIU intake for LLM students is 60 which is more than other colleges and offers Constitutional law as specialization which top 2 nlus do not provide, so this also makes it a reason to prefer NLIU over other colleges for students who want to pursue their LLM in constitutional law. Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls.
