I am Shivam Patel, I am perusing BALLB(Hons.) from Law
School, Banaras Hindu University. I have scored AIR 282 in Clat PG 2024. I am
planning to pursue LLM from NLSIU.
How did you find the CLAT PG 2024 paper in terms of difficulty and length?
Paper was quite lengthy, but most of the questions were from
basics. Candidate with good comprehension skills and good command over basics
would have help to ace exams with flying colors.
How did you cover 13+ subjects from the syllabus of CLAT PG?
I am preparing for judicial service exams, So my concepts of
core subjects like Constitution, Criminal laws, Contract, torts were quite
clear. Basic for other subjects like jurisprudence, environmental, IPR etc I
did from notes I made during my semester exam and also exam oriented study
material from Jurisedge was quite helpful. Jurisprudence was very well taught
by Sudipta Sir.
How did you prepare for recent & landmark judgments?
Jurisedge Casebook and Livelaw Monthly and yearly roundup
was very useful.
What would you advise future CLAT PG aspirants?
I will Suggest one to prepare Basics of all subjects
thoroughly, not to rely on lot many sources and attempt as much mocks possible
to ace this exams.
How did Jurisedge help you in your preparation journey?
Course content of Jurisedge is very wonderfully curated for LLM entrance exams. Casebooks are aptly prepared which covers all important case laws. Mocks designed for CLAT PG are best among all other available which covers questions from latest judgements too. Also, mock analysis sessions were helpful. Weekly test was very useful.
