Eligibility Criteria:
Master of Law (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law and
Management (One Year Programme)
Candidates must have completed an LL.B. or an equivalent
degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate
(50% for reserved categories such as SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Intellectual Property Law and Management (One Year Programme)
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
Completion of two bachelor’s degrees
in succession, including one in a relevant discipline.
Completion of an integrated
five-year degree programme in a relevant discipline after completing plus two.
Possession of an equivalent
postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Completion of a four-year bachelor’s
programme with Honours/Research from a recognized university.
In all cases, candidates must have secured a minimum of 55%
marks in aggregate (50% for reserved categories such as SC/ST/Persons with
Disability).

Written Entrance Test Scheme:
The written entrance test will consist of 100
multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the
examination is 120 minutes. The test is divided into the following sections:

(Non-Legal)
Intellectual Property Law
Negative Marking:
There will be negative marking in the All India Entrance
Test 2024. The negative marking criteria are based on the formula (0.25 times 4
= 1), meaning 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Therefore,
four wrong answers will lead to the deduction of one (1) mark.
Tie-Breaking Criteria:
If two or more candidates achieve the same marks in the All
India Entrance Test, their merit will be decided based on the following
criteria:
